Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using any service offered by last4d. By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register and use last4d. We verify age during the KYC process and will close any account found to be underage.
Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, and GoPay are instant and free of charge. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during business hours (WIB).
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period or they expire.
Cheating, collusion, bonus abuse, and the use of automated betting software are strictly prohibited. last4d reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where abuse is detected.
Each member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. last4d will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to user negligence.
These Terms are governed by applicable international gaming regulations. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of last4d's licensing authority.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.2 last4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
2.3 Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of last4d or its affiliated game providers are not permitted to hold Accounts or receive Bonuses on the Platform.
3.1 Each Member may hold only one Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.
3.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You undertake to update your Account details promptly if any information changes.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. last4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.4 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify last4d immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected].
3.5 last4d reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise improper conduct.
4.1 Before processing any withdrawal, last4d requires all Members to complete identity verification (KYC). This process is conducted in compliance with international anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming standards.

4.3 Additional documentation may be requested where transactions exceed specified thresholds or where last4d deems enhanced due diligence necessary.
4.4 KYC applications are typically reviewed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of submission. Complex cases may take up to forty-eight (48) hours.
4.5 All documents submitted for KYC are encrypted, stored securely, and handled in accordance with last4d's Privacy Policy. Documents are never shared with third parties except as required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
5.1 Deposits. last4d accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. The minimum deposit is Rp 10,000. last4d does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are available only to Members who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Withdrawal requests submitted between 09:00 and 21:00 WIB on business days are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours are processed within one (1) to three (3) hours. last4d does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your receiving bank may apply standard inter-bank transfer charges.
5.3 Withdrawal Bank Matching. For security purposes, the bank account used to receive a withdrawal must be registered in the same name as the last4d Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
5.4 Pending Bets. Funds that are currently staked on active bets or pending settlement may not be withdrawn until those bets are settled. The withdrawable Balance reflects only settled, unlocked funds.
5.5 Withdrawal Limits. Standard accounts are subject to a daily withdrawal limit of Rp 50,000,000. VIP members may be eligible for higher limits as communicated through their dedicated account manager.
5.6 last4d reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal deemed unusual in size or frequency. Delays caused by such verification do not constitute a breach of these Terms by last4d.
6.1 last4d may from time to time offer Bonuses and promotional incentives to Members. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general provisions set out in this clause.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, the standard Wagering Requirement applicable to any Bonus is 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount. Until this requirement is met, Bonus funds and any winnings derived from Bonus funds are not withdrawable.
6.3 Validity Period. Bonuses that are not activated within seven (7) days of being credited will expire automatically. Once activated, Bonuses must have their Wagering Requirements fulfilled within thirty (30) days or the Bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
6.4 Bonus Restrictions. Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate toward satisfying Wagering Requirements. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and live casino bets typically contribute 10% of each stake. Sports bets at odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100%. Slot bets contribute 100% unless otherwise stated.
6.5 Abuse Prevention. last4d employs automated and manual monitoring to detect Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage), creating multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus multiple times, and any pattern of play designed to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine engagement. Where abuse is detected, last4d reserves the right to void the Bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and close the Account.
6.6 last4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not retrospectively affect Bonuses already in progress.
7.1 All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. last4d does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been submitted, except in cases of demonstrable technical error on the part of last4d's systems.
7.2 Sportsbook. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time a bet is submitted and accepted are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of any subsequent market movement. For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, if one leg is void, the bet will be recalculated as a single-leg reduction unless otherwise specified in the relevant market rules.
7.3 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are determined by the official draw of the respective lottery market (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Macau, etc.). last4d bears no responsibility for delays, cancellations, or errors in the official draw and will settle bets based on the officially published result of the relevant draw body.
7.4 Live Casino. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game, bets already placed will be settled according to the game outcome determined by the provider's server record. The visual stream interruption does not void a placed bet.
7.5 Manifest Errors. Where a game result, odds quotation, or payout is clearly the result of a system error or human input mistake (a "manifest error"), last4d reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the stake to the Member. This includes but is not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, duplicate market postings, and settlement errors.
7.6 last4d's decision on the outcome of any game or bet dispute is final and binding, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in Clause 13.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent closure:
8.2 last4d cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and relevant financial institutions in the investigation of any suspected illegal activity involving the Platform.
9.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, software, game interfaces, and the compilation of all such content — is the exclusive property of last4d or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.
9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
9.3 The last4d name, logo, and associated brand marks are registered trademarks of last4d. You may not use these marks in any manner without the prior written consent of last4d.
10.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. last4d makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any of its content.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, last4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude last4d's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
10.4 In all cases where last4d's liability is established and not otherwise excluded, our total cumulative liability to any Member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 last4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 last4d employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and transactions on the Platform. Member data is stored on secured servers with access restricted on a strict need-to-know basis.
11.3 last4d does not sell, rent, or otherwise commercialize Member personal data to third-party marketers. Data is shared with third parties only where required to process payments, conduct KYC verification, comply with legal obligations, or prevent fraud.

12.1 last4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify Members of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, via email to the address registered on your Account.
12.2 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the change.
12.3 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. We recommend that Members review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which last4d holds its international gaming licence. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
13.2 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute, Members are encouraged to contact last4d's customer support team at [email protected]. We aim to resolve all complaints informally within five (5) business days of receipt.
13.3 Formal Dispute. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed independent arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
13.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
